By completing benchmark assessment, we gain understanding of how we are performing relative to others, and how we are likely to be perceived externally, helping us to develop appropriate action plans to drive improvements.

In 2022/23 we were assessed against three leading ESG benchmarks (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB), Sustainalytics, and Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI) with very positive results, reflecting our commitment to ESG and creating a positive social impact.
